The magazine would be around 80 pages every issue, and released on a quarterly basis. Annual would be too large (especially for covering printing costs of the project as it would probably range up to 200 pages), and there would be outdated news by the time it is released. Quarterly solves this by being a good balance, and can include more timeless stories/articles/features rather than breaking news. Breaking news can be covered on the Demon website.
Having a quarterly magazine gives the consumer the chance to collect the issues, such as how people may collect Vogue or Wonderland. Each season would adopt a difference fluorescent colour according to the seasons. These are taken from the Pantone solid uncoated neons palette as a guide:
